*HARVEST RESTAURANT GROUP IS SEEKING A FACILITIES AND REPAIR MANAGER

HARVEST RESTAURANTS IN NEW JERSEY is seeking a Facilities and Repairs Manager. This is a hands‑on position for 14 units spanning from Darien, Connecticut to Princeton, New Jersey (Morristown, Morris Plains, Summit, Basking Ridge, Berkeley Heights, Westfield, and Princeton locations in New Jersey as well). Candidates should have experience in servicing equipment, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the physical upkeep of 14 New Jersey facilities, including scheduling and supervising maintenance, coordinating contracted services, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Hands‑on engagement: complete maintenance and repair tasks at each location. Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, maintaining a detailed log of repairs and prioritizing critical projects. Be courteous, professional and organized. Maintain grounds, buildings and physical assets. Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Perform routine building and systems upkeep, repairs, and schedule preventive maintenance of the buildings and mechanical systems. Coordinate work with vendors and contractors, carry a cell phone and handle after‑hours on‑call services.
