Role Overview

National Search Group is seeking a driven, coachable, and articulate talent to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Solutions Specialist. This role is designed for individuals who may not have extensive B2B US sales or recruitment experience, but possess the core traits, hunger, and baseline drive needed to succeed in outbound business development and hunter sales roles.

Under intensive leadership coaching, role-playing, and structured call reviews, you will serve as the engine of our outbound outreach-identifying potential business clients, initiating executive conversations, and building pipeline activity across key target markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipeline Generation: Conduct proactive outbound outreach across US B2B markets via cold calling, email, and digital networking to generate client leads and schedule discovery calls.

• Pipeline & Funnel Execution: Consistently hit daily and weekly activity metrics, maintaining a structured, volume-driven hunting strategy.

• Executive Engagement: Communicate articulately and confidently with US business leaders, establishing immediate rapport and framing our value proposition effectively.

• Continuous Development & Coaching: Actively participate in ongoing coaching sessions, sales role-playing, call performance audits, and rapid-feedback calibration.

• Candidate & Market Sourcing: Utilize key tools and adjacent skills (e.g., inside sales, appointment setting, SaaS SDR techniques) to map key decision-makers and target accounts.

Must Have (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

• Fluid English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English fluency to converse naturally with C-level executives and US leadership.

• Respectful Coachability & Confidence: High receptivity to feedback and direction paired with a confident, polished delivery during sales conversations.

• Numbers-Oriented & Metric-Driven: Comfort with tracking sales metrics, activity targets, and maintaining consistent funnel volume.

• Professional Discipline & Reliability: Exceptional responsiveness, strict punctuality, thorough meeting preparation, and dependable work ethics in a fully remote setup.

• Background: Prior experience in outbound inside sales, high-volume customer success, appointment setting, or SaaS SDR environments is preferred, though attitude, potential, and long-term commitment will be prioritized over rigid tenure.

Must have a dedicated noise-free workspace, noise-canceling headset, high-speed broadband connection with backup power/internet, and a modern computer (16 GB RAM recommended).

Compensation & Performance Structure

• Base Pay Range: 850 to 1,000 US Dollars per month (based on experience and performance audition).
• Structured 90-Day Performance Review: Clear growth gates tied to activity and pipeline targets to accelerate promotion pathways toward full-fledged Account Executive roles.
• Closed-Account Incentives: 900 to 3,500+ US Dollars per attributed closed account (Performance-Based / Performance-Driven).
• Direct Leadership Coaching: Daily support, call audits, and training to ensure rapid progression and mastery in B2B outbound sales.
