Employment Type Per diem, hourly clinician role Casual employment 8–23 patient‑care hours per week What You’ll Be Working On Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits (not a panel‑building role) Treating patients in‑office and occasionally performing tele‑health visits Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your specialized clinical training and performing office procedures as needed Key Provider Qualities A passion for human‑centered primary care Effective communication with patients from all backgrounds Proficiency in technology‑driven care delivery Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care Team orientation and willingness to contribute to transformative care delivery Openness to feedback and reflective practice Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues Adaptability to meet patient needs Required Education, Licenses & Experience Completed an accredited NP program with national certification California registered NP (103 or 104) capable of autonomous practice At least 2 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting OR 1 year in primary care plus 1 year in a fellowship or urgent‑care setting State licensure in California obtained by the One Medical start date Location & Compensation Multiple office locations in Los Angeles, CA. Hourly rate: $81.00, variable based on experience and schedule. Additional pay for exceeding qualifications.
