Pride Health is hiring an RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: In Rotation

Location: Cochise County / Sierra Vista, AZ

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 13 Week/s

Pay Range: $52-$54 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical care and interventions.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.

Requirements:

• License(s): Active RN license
• Certification(s): BLS
• Years of experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology : HCHB and wound care experience preferred and Home Health/Hospice experience preferred
