Associate Manager or Specialist you will:Work for tier-1 clients across industry sectors - helping them turn their cloud strategy into reality.Help design and deliver transformative cloud solutions - using services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and SageMaker.Identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation and architect intelligent solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.Support the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents that can interact with enterprise systems, orchestrate workflows and automate business tasks in a secure and governed manner.Design and implement AWS workloads using modern cloud patterns such as serverless, containerised, and microservices architectures.Develop scalable application solutions aligned with best practice for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to support rapid delivery.Apply cloud security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance controls.Optimise architectures for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.Produce high-quality design documentation and contribute to architecture reviews.Execute testing strategies for functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust, cloud-first solutions.Job QualificationsWe are looking for the following:ExperienceSignificant hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services.Experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using AWS services.Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database technologies into enterprise applications.Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration frameworks or intelligent automation solutions.Understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, privacy and compliance considerations.Certification & EducationAWS Professional and/or Associate certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development through cloud, architecture and AI certifications.Business ArchitectureAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.Experience in cost optimisation and familiarity with cloud best practices.Data & AI ArchitectureStrong understanding of data platforms and analytics solutions.Experience designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management.Knowledge of Generative AI solution patterns including LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores and prompt engineering.Understanding of Agentic AI concepts including agent orchestration, planning, memory, tool usage and human-in-the-loop controls.Experience designing scalable data architectures to support AI and machine learning workloads.Application ArchitectureProficiency in designing application workloads using modern cloud patterns (e.g., serverless, containerised, microservices).Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.Experience designing intelligent applications that incorporate Generative AI, conversational AI or agent-based capabilities.Familiarity with integrating enterprise applications with AI services and model APIs.Security ArchitectureDeep knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.Ability to implement security best practices across cloud environments.Understanding of AI security considerations including prompt injection protection, model governance, sensitive data handling and Responsible AI controls.Integration ArchitectureUnderstanding of integration patterns and event-driven architectures.Ability to design APIs and hybrid connectivity solutions.Non-Functional RequirementsExperience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions.Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies.Ability to design for performance, resilience, and observability.Familiarity with monitoring and optimisation practices.Governance & ComplianceAwareness of cloud governance, account management, and compliance standards.Ability to
