This position partners with other members of the Delivery team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and can prioritize accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.Responsibilities:Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and externalFacilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lotsManaging inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as requiredAssisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for saleCoordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as requiredAssist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery ManagerQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredBasic automotive knowledgeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeFull-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periodsValid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hireCompensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Hourly range $22-28/hr USDAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
