Sr. Health Systems Executive - Share of Wallet

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a senior sales executive to drive organic growth within strategic health system accounts by expanding share of wallet and solution adoption. This remote role requires deep account penetration, cross-portfolio selling, and executive relationship management across a defined portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase share of wallet within assigned portfolio
Identify cross-division whitespace opportunities and conduct high-impact business reviews
Build and maintain executive relationships positioning the company as strategic partner
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives by leveraging internal experts and commercial partners
Lead opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking with disciplined CRM documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
5+ years strategic sales or key account management experience
2+ years leadership experience preferred
Proven success growing share of wallet in complex, multi-site accounts
Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
Executive-level relationship building and decision-maker influence ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Salesforce

Compensation: $130,900–$215,900 base
