A passion for customer service and helping people in need. Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required. Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently. A strong desire to learn and grow in the industry. Fluent in English. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Key Responsibilities: Perform high‑quality water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager. Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process. Keep your truck and equipment clean, stocked, and well‑organized. Be on‑call as needed and accessible by phone for emergencies. Assist in facility‑related tasks and work closely with team members. Step into leadership roles when needed, helping guide your fellow team members.
