We specialize in helping clients with rentals, home sales, and multifamily properties across Greater Boston. As we expand, we’re looking for motivated and driven real estate agents to join our team. What We Offer Generous Commission Split: 85% to the agent / 15% to the brokerage Hands-On Training & Support: We’ll provide the tools, guidance, and mentorship you need to succeed Prime Location: Work out of Boston’s vibrant North End with strong demand for both rentals and sales Growth Opportunity: Be part of a new brokerage and grow your career as the company grows What You’ll Do Represent renters, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions Manage client relationships and provide excellent service Market rental and sales listings across multiple platforms Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently Build your personal brand while benefiting from the brokerage’s marketing resources What We’re Looking For A motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills Massachusetts real estate license (or currently pursuing) Interest in both rentals and sales (experience is a plus but not required) Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in real estate At Futureport Realty, we believe in empowering our agents with the best training, resources, and commission structure so they can maximize their earnings and career potential.
