Fleet Administrator
$25 - $28 per hourA leading telecommunications provider seeks an experienced Fleet Administrator to oversee regional vehicle operations. You will manage a commercial service fleet predominantly featuring Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and RAM ProMaster cargo vans. Position Overview
- Role: Fleet Administrator
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 (On-site)
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime: 0 hours (Excellent work-life balance)
- Weekend Work: None
- Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Fleet Logistics: Coordinate vehicle assignments, returns, and safety inspections.
- Maintenance & Vendors: Track preventive maintenance and schedule vendor service.
- Documentation & Finance: Manage registrations, process invoices, and generate POs.
- Reporting & Tracking: Monitor mileage, fuel usage, and repair histories.
- Support: Resolve daily driver inquiries and provide general administrative support.
- Experience: 2+ years in Fleet Operations and Fleet Maintenance .
- Project Management: Proven experience managing operational projects.
- Systems: Familiarity with GPS/Telematics tracking systems.
- Software: Proficient Administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
