Fast Growing Roofers is looking for motivated, experienced roofing sales professionals who know how to connect with homeowners, identify property improvement needs, and turn those conversations into successful sales.
With company-supplied leads and opportunities to generate additional business through neighborhood canvassing, you'll have multiple ways to connect with homeowners who may need roofing services.
You'll visit neighborhoods with older homes, including properties with roofs that may be 20 to 30 years old, as well as areas recently affected by storms.
Your role involves identifying potential roofing problems, conducting FREE roof inspections , and educating homeowners about damage, deterioration, and available roofing solutions.
When storm-related damage is identified, you'll also help homeowners understand the insurance claims process and assist with claim submissions when applicable and within your authorized responsibilities.
You'll work directly with homeowners, present roofing replacement options, close sales, and complete the necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through company-supplied leads and residential neighborhood canvassing.
- Identify homes with aging roofs, visible roofing concerns, or potential storm-related damage.
- Conduct FREE roofing inspections to assess roof conditions and possible replacement needs.
- Educate homeowners about identified roofing problems, available solutions, and replacement options.
- Assist homeowners with storm-related insurance claim submissions when applicable, within the scope of the role.
- Present roofing services, close sales, and complete the necessary paperwork.
Your Roofing Sales Experience Is What We're Looking For!
The ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections is required.
You must also be comfortable canvassing residential neighborhoods, identifying potential roofing concerns, and working directly with homeowners.
A strong work ethic, motivation to achieve sales goals, and a career-oriented mindset are important.
Reliable transportation (car or truck) is required.
