As a Security Officer Patrol Analyst in Austin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thu 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support staff and visitors with directions, information, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout assigned areas. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
