We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support a Financial Advisor with daily administrative and client service tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing spreadsheets and client communications. The assistant will help ensure smooth operations by coordinating information, following up with companies, and keeping clients informed about upcoming appointments. Position Type: Remote
