$60,000–$70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm | Office Based If you're a proven 360 recruiter who loves winning new business, building client relationships and closing deals , this is the opportunity you've been looking for. We're growing our Houston office and are looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants the freedom to build their own market, backed by an established brand, experienced leadership and a strong client network across the U.S. construction and property development industry. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a tired desk. You'll have the opportunity to create something of your own, with genuine earning potential and clear progression as the business continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing Building and growing your own client portfolio Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement Recruiting high‑calibre professionals across the U.S. construction and property development market Becoming a specialist within your chosen market Negotiating fees, offers and commercial terms Working towards ambitious targets while being rewarded for your success What We're Looking For Previous 360 recruitment experience within an agency environment A proven track record of winning new business Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle Commercially driven with a genuine desire to bill Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Motivated, ambitious and competitive Construction recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential What You'll Get Uncapped commission with realistic six‑figure earning potential The opportunity to build and own your own specialist desk Clear progression into leadership as the business grows Ongoing training, mentoring and support from experienced recruiters Established client relationships and market‑leading recruitment tools A high‑performance, collaborative culture that rewards success 17 days PTO plus your birthday off Why Centurion Selection?
