Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$3.50 Shift Diff | FT Evenings & Nights

Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Increased Pay Rates!

Available Full-Time Shifts

• 6 am-2 pm FT A wing (rehab unit) → shift differential

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evenings) → + $3.50/hr shift differential

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights) → + $3.50/hr shift differential

• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• New increased pay rates + $3.50/hr shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to RN/physician

• Support CNAs and collaborate with the care team

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (required)

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
