Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Experience with commercial lending systems and documentation is preferred. Commercial Loan Operations Responsibilities: Gather and prepare documentation for commercial loan closings. Review commercial loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Coordinate loan documentation with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal departments. Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications, and loan maintenance.
