Competitive Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Plan - 401K, employees will receive a company contribution up to 5% Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Development (Growth and Career Advancement Opportunity) Position Description Operate CAT 395 excavators (or equivalent large production excavators) to perform mass excavation, rock excavation, truck loading, and large-scale earthmoving activities in support of heavy civil construction projects. Key Highlights Operate large production excavators to efficiently load haul trucks and maintain project production goals Perform mass excavation and rock excavation in heavy civil, mining, quarry, roadway, data center, and large earthwork environments Work safely and efficiently around haul trucks, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment Maintain proper loading techniques, material control, and truck cycle efficiency Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and assist with routine equipment maintenance Read and understand site plans, excavation limits, grade stakes, and project requirements Work in fast-paced, high-production environments with minimal supervision Follow all company safety policies, equipment operating procedures, and project safety requirements Assist with general labor duties as needed to support project operations Position Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
