Remote AI Data Annotator & LLM Trainer

**Roles and Responsibilities**

* Review, edit, and annotate data (text, code, or spatial data) to train and refine artificial intelligence models.
* Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, safety, and helpfulness (RLHF).
* Follow strict, project-specific guidelines to ensure the highest quality of dataset generation.
* Complete domain-specific reasoning and logic assessments tailored to your educational or professional background.

**Skills and Experience Needed**

* Strong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
* Exceptional reading comprehension and written communication skills in English.
* **For General Roles:** A background in humanities, business, linguistics, or social sciences.
* **For Technical Roles:** Background in Computer Science, software development (Python, Node.js, Flutter), or spatial reasoning (3D LiDAR).
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow complex instructions.
* A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

**Duration** Long-term, flexible freelance contract. You can work on an ongoing basis as project volumes allow.

**Pay** Hourly contract. Compensation is highly competitive and scales based on the specific project, task complexity, and your demonstrated domain expertise.
