DataTricks AI is seeking a highly proficient **LLM Trainer with a native or near-native US English accent** to support AI language model training and evaluation projects.
The selected candidate will work on improving AI-generated outputs through structured review, annotation, and feedback tasks. Some assignments may include recording spoken English samples with clear American pronunciation.
* Evaluate and rate AI-generated text and/or speech outputs
* Provide detailed linguistic feedback to improve model performance
* Record high-quality US-accent English speech samples when required
* Follow structured evaluation and annotation guidelines
* Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards
* Native or near-native fluency in English (US accent required)
* Strong understanding of American pronunciation, grammar, and cultural nuances
* Excellent written communication skills
* Experience in linguistics, AI training, editing, teaching, or voice-related work preferred
* Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Fully remote position
