Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team! Duties

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
• Assist customers
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, analyze customer feedback, and improve service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry systems
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
