Founding Recruiter for Robotics & AI Engineering
Destro
Destro is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and run our talent engine as one of the first ten hires. You will own end-to-end hiring, sourcing, closing, and building processes with direct access to the founders. You will focus on engineering and technical roles, proactively hunting top talent, and shaping our hiring strategy. You’ll also support HR ops and maintain the hiring tools as we grow from a founding team to 20–30 hires annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr
