Staggered shifts: 7:00AM – 5:00PM & 9:00AM – 7:00PM. No weekends, holidays, or call.* Required Travel: n/a* Inpatient Role**Job Description**Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health **Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) – Interventional Cardiology!*** In collaboration with their collaborating physician, the APP provides comprehensive inpatient care from admission to discharge. Obtains histories, performs physical examinations, and orders and interprets diagnostic studies, including imaging, laboratory tests, and procedures.* The APP will develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies in accordance with established protocols and their scope of practice. Educates patients on therapeutic regimens including pre- and post-operative care while maintaining accurate, and timely documentation of all clinical activity.* Coordinates care across the continuum, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Assesses patient and family educational needs to deliver to support health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.* The APP functions autonomously within scope of practice while contributing to patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and an exceptional patient experience.
