They provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety, security, and profitability, meet shift targets, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for transition. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting departmental targets during their shifts. Shift Manager Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Flexibility, positive teamwork, and a passion for fast-paced environments are required.
