Job Description:

Flex RN floats between various medical and surgical units. The role involves working 12-hour shifts with no guarantee of hours. Equipment used includes Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes.

Responsibilities:

• Float between Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and Cardiovascular Unit on rare occasions
• Provide patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights; Laulima 1:6; Cardiovascular 1:4

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience
• Active State of HI license required upon start
• BLS, ACLS; Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC
• Proof of immunity required
