• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and administrators to create supportive learning plans
• Engage and communicate closely with families about student progress and strategies for success
• Adapt materials and methods to address diverse learning profiles
• Maintain a well-structured, nurturing, and safe classroom environment
