• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Patience, empathy, and adaptability when addressing diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Manage a caseload of eight middle school students, ensuring personalized attention
• Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Partner with parents, therapists, and other teachers to facilitate student growth
• Maintain an organized, encouraging classroom environment conducive to learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to the team process
