If you're a customer-focused go-getter, we want to hear from you!Schedule: Tuesday - SaturdayBenefits:$23-$25/hr. plus monthly & quarterly bonus potential!Medical, dental, vision insurance$10,000 Employer Sponsored Life InsurancePaid sick and vacation401(k)/Roth with matching fundsAnnual profit sharingEmployee discountReferral programOn the job trainingPromotion opportunities!Day to Day:Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annuallyWeb pricing and discount managementEnsure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbsManage vendors and Cap Ex projectsDrive auction processShow available units and guide customers through the leasing processManage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cashOther duties assigned by leadershipWhat You Will Bring:Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experienceAbility to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectivesAbility to work weekends and some holidays (required)Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
