Job Details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership or management capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Experience supporting multi-department teams in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced business environment preferred
• Proven ability to develop and improve HR processes, policies, onboarding programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, benefits administration, and reporting/analytics preferred
• Highly organized with strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
