Intermediate Care LVN Travel Contract

Facility Information: Our facilities are Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with disabilities (ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N) Caregiver (DSP) to people supported ratio is usually 1:3, sometimes as high as 1:1 support Nursing caseload typically ranges from 6-15 residents Our home sizes are small, including 6-bed and 15-bed facilities High-acuity care is limited or prohibited by facility regulations Our Immediate Care Facilities provide wound care per licensing requirements, ranging from simple wounds to a maximum of stage I pressure ulcers Hospice care is very limited and is provided collaboratively with professional hospice care providers who come to our homes Our Client is theis a leading provider of care services in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) for individuals with disabilities. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with disabilities in our Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF).
