Job Description
Oversee day-to-day plant operations
Lead production and support departments
Drive KPI improvement initiatives
Develop supervisors and future leaders
Improve operational efficiency and profitability
Support strategic growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
Experience managing multiple departments or functional areas
Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles
Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements
Experience developing supervisors and leadership teams
Strong financial and business acumen
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
Experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP and production planning systems
Track record of leading plant growth and operational excellence initiatives
