Supervisor - Operations (Supply Chain Services)

As the Supervisor - Operations (Supply Chain Services), you will lead a team responsible for supporting specialized customer programs focused on light assembly, value-added services, quality control, and data center infrastructure projects. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while meeting customer requirements and service level expectations. You will supervise and develop a team of associates, providing coaching, training, performance management, and leadership to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, operational, and audit requirements, including adherence to detailed work instructions and processes supporting high-visibility customer projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally to manage project timelines, resolve customer issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operational readiness as the business grows.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm with flexibility to support business needsResponsibilities:Coordinate employee work assignments to achieve inbound and outbound service requirementsDirect achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safetyMonitor workflow, work completed, error rates and related metrics and takes corrective actionEnsure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforcedConfirm quality and inspection process is accurate and excess costs are eliminatedEnsure safe working environment and follows safety regulationsMaintain accurate time, attendance, and performance management recordsMaintain positive employee relations and moraleRecommend performance management actionsAssist in developing and documenting warehouse processesEstablish and monitors performance standards for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and shipProcess returned merchandiseEstablish and monitors performance standards for equipment, assembly, housekeeping, etc.Develop and implements training certification programs and ensures warehouse employees receive training Qualifications:High School Degree or Equivalent requiredFork Lift Certification preferred3 years warehouse and distribution operations experience1 year experience leading warehouse associatesAbility to operate a forklift or have the ability to obtain a forklift certificationStrong knowledge of inventory control processesKnowledge of electrical, construction or mechanical productsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skillsBasic computer skillsAttention to detailAbility to learn and use business planning systemsResolve problems in a timely manner under stressful situationsComfortable working in a team environmentAbility to operate hand and power tools and equipmentAbility to anticipate and prepare for customer needsPhysical Expectations: Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
