Job order - J0426-2649 - Permanent Full Time Title OCM Analyst - U.S. Citizenship Required Category Business Analysis (functional and technical) City Fairfax, Virginia, United States Job Description CGI is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support an SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a large government contract. The OCM Analyst will work with the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management activities across several federal agencies. Responsibilities Participate in organizational change management initiatives in support of a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA financial management implementation. Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support successful user adoption. Participate in change impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and identify potential risks and opportunities for a successful implementation. Develop and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement materials and plans. Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and impacts of change, integrating OCM activities into the overall project plan. Measure and report on the success of change initiatives by developing key performance indicators (KPIs). Assess the impact of OCM programs and develop alternative strategies as needed. Provide support to clients throughout the change process. Work with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives. Develop and deliver change management training for clients. Support the administration of ADKAR‑based change readiness assessments and pulse surveys and assist in analyzing results. Maintain and update Jira tickets, epics, and tasks for OCM workstream activities to support sprint planning and scheduling. Support data migration OCM activities by assessing people‑side impacts and coordinating with relevant program teams. Attend Change Control Board sessions as needed and document OCM implications of approved changes. Support help desk readiness activities in coordination with the training team. Qualifications U.S. citizenship required and successful completion of a CGI background check prior to the start of work; ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related field. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience managing change management initiatives. Experience working with clients and internal teams, following an Agile methodology, to understand business requirements and assess change impacts. Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and work with the team to develop plans that mitigate or address concerns. Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a logical and easy‑to‑understand manner. Experience with ERP or SAP OCM implementations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Jira or equivalent agile project management tools. Desired Qualifications PROSCI certification.
