Supplier Quality Specialist

Coordinate the supplier creation process with the Supplier Performance Team Manage vendor account maintenance and maintain complete, up-to-date records of supply-chain certifications and approvals Produce monthly Supplier Performance data, including Supplier Scorecards and On Holds and Rejection data Compile analytical Supplier Performance data and identify focused areas for action and improvement Generate periodic strategic Supplier Risk Analysis and similar data to support Supplier Performance objectives Manage and maintain Self Release audit and maintenance processes Report areas of concern to the Supplier Performance Team for action implementation Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of related work experience 5+ years of experience managing performance of suppliers and/or vendors 5+ years of experience in QA and process inspection, preferably from within the Aerospace Experience analyzing data and identifying and monitoring KPIs Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to travel up to 50% of the time may be required Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of study (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of AS9100/9120 Standards Experience with SAP Internal and/or External Auditing training/qualifications Excellent communication skills Procedures and work instruction writing experience Strong work ethic Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Supplier Performance Management, including data analysis, KPI monitoring, and compliance with AS9100/9120 Standards.
