Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time PM Shift Location: Moraga Post Acute Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift | 4/2 Schedule Join Our Exceptional Nursing Team Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on a full-time PM shift with a 4/2 schedule. As an RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care, leading the nursing team during your shift, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality clinical services while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify and report changes Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality care initiatives Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred, but not required Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care What We Offer Competitive pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour DOE Full-time PM Shift with a consistent 4/2 schedule Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Ongoing education and training Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Why Join Moraga Post Acute?
