A well-established gastroenterology program just outside Nashville is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a collegial five-physician team with immediate procedural volume, strong APP support, and newly expanding endoscopy capacity. This opportunity combines a highly efficient single-hospital model with substantial guaranteed compensation and long-term practice stability. With three dedicated procedure days each week and updated endoscopy suites coming online, the structure is built for physicians who want to stay productive without sacrificing sustainability.

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable practicing within a collaborative hospital-based GI team
