We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless. You’ll: Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season Highlight and sell membership benefits Put customers first and take action to improve their experience Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift Follow the proper steps to request time off WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: 6+ months in a call-center experience 1+ year of sales experience 1+ year of customer service experience Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Experience in a virtual desktop environment Distraction-free remote workspace High school diploma or GED Preferred: Prior experience with Five9 Additional expectations: Demonstrates conviviality, a core value of our client.
