Job Summary:
Emergency Room RN - Bridgeport, West Virginia. The organization is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join their fast-paced emergency department. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population in a well-established, traveler-friendly facility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM, with weekends scheduled as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Licensed registered nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, CPR (BLS) and ACLS certifications. PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications are preferred. Must be willing to wait for license submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic charting system, ability to interpret strips, and experience in trauma is preferred.
• Additional Information: Unit notes include a 50-mile radius rule, and all submissions must include a copy of the candidate's unexpired driver's license. The ER admits approximately 18% of patients, handles diverse cases including chest pain, respiratory failure, abdominal pain, pediatric cases, GSWs, and head injuries. The ER operates with a patient flow of about 2 hours on average and maintains an efficient, supportive work environment.
