Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid Role)Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 USD plus annual bonusAbout the Company and Accounts Payable Specialist RoleStable, growing property management company with a friendly teamOffers tuition reimbursement and internal mobility to accounting rolesOpportunity for promotion within first year if the new hire has a Bachelor's in Accounting or FinanceFull benefits to include healthcare, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k w/ match, and PTOResponsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for assigned properties, including invoice entry, correct monthly posting, maintaining payment schedules, reviewing AP workflows, and ensuring timely approvals.Prepare and execute weekly AP check runs, including reviewing aging reports, issuing emergency checks, voiding or stopping payments as needed, and routing payments for proper authorization.Reconcile and monitor financial activity, such as vendor statements, utility schedules, chargeback reports, NSF transactions, and tenant ledgers, while communicating with property managers on outstanding items.Provide departmental support and collaboration, handling inquiries, assisting with special projects, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a team-oriented environment through knowledge-sharing and accountability.Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experienceERP system experience (not just QuickBooks)Sage or Yardi experience is a strong plus+
