We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do * Drive sales across services, wax passes, and retail * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team * Manage daily operations (scheduling, payroll, inventory, compliance) * Track KPIs and use data to drive results * Deliver an exceptional guest experience * Resolve guest issues * Foster a strong, motivated team culture * Ensure brand, safety, and sanitation standards are met What We’re Looking For * 1+ years of management experience (retail, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred) * Sales-driven and KPI-focused with a track record of achieving goals * Strong coaching and team development skills * Experience managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory * Strong communicator who leads with positivity and resolves conflict effectively * Thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment * Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits * $40-$55,000 base salary * Paid Time Off + 401(k) * Free waxing services * 40% off retail products * Major holidays off + additional center closure days for work-life balance * Career growth opportunities
