Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $1,600 per week

Job Summary This cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) nursing position is based in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients with cardiac conditions, focusing on ventilator management, central line and chest tube procedures. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. Job Details Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Location: Fort Worth, Texas Shift Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM with 36 hours per week Qualified Applicant Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license; BSN degree; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Association of Critical‑Care Nurses (AACN) Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification; minimum of 2 years of critical care experience in adult ICU, CVICU, or Neuro ICU; ventilator experience; arterial line/chest tube management skills; Meditech EMR experience. Additional Qualifications: CVICU procedures such as hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz catheters, arterial lines, chest tubes, and ventilators. Preferred Qualifications: CVICU‑specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella devices. Float rotation may be required. The schedule includes two weekend shifts biweekly. No on‑call requirement.
