Join the Randstad In-House Services team as a Site Recruiter/Coordinator and become the essential link, owning the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for our valued client sites. We are looking for an agile, results-driven professional who is excited to tackle immediate challenges, manage multiple priorities, and build lasting talent relationships with urgency and flexibility. Salary: $27 - $29 per hour Shift: First Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Recruitment Management: Craft and publish compelling job postings across various platforms and meticulously manage job orders within our applicant tracking system. New-Hire Journey Ownership: Oversee the entire onboarding process, including sending and tracking onboarding packages, and confirming all necessary documentation and required assessments are complete. Verification & Compliance: Rigorously manage all background check and I-9 verification processes to strictly meet all legal and company requirements. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison for talent, proactively addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration with hiring managers through regular status updates. Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of all site activities and support various HR-related projects as needed.
