Specifically, can you play a little guitar, bass, drums, piano, plus sing a little?

3. Do you have gigging experience?

Responsibilities:

• Instructing students in various music styles, particularly pop music, plus fundamentals on each of the previously mentioned instrument.
• Setting goals and creating musical materials that meet the needs of each student.
• Helping students develop their skills in playing multiple instruments and singing.
• Organizing bands, leading rehearsals, and assisting with student performances.
• Communicating with parents and students regarding lesson progress and performance opportunities.
• Providing feedback to students and guiding them towards improvement.
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio space.

Requirements:

• A music degree (or close to completing one).
• Ability to play piano, guitar, bass, drums, each while singing casually. It's okay if you are weak on one or two, but ideally you can play them all!
• The ability to read music on at least one instrument is a required skill.
• Gigging experience is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of students and staff.
• Passionate and energetic about teaching and playing music.
