Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Rochester, NY, starting 08/10/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay: $1,874-$2,010 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital emergency department with combined adult and pediatric care.

Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and stabilization of patients presenting to the ER, including triage and resuscitation.
- Support multisystem organ failure management; administer emergency medications; assist with procedural support and sedation as needed.
- Manage airway and respiratory needs, including BiPAP/CPAP when indicated; monitor and support oxygenation and ventilation.
- Obtain and manage vascular access, including phlebotomy and IV starts; support blood product administration as required.
- Perform 12-lead EKG interpretation, recognize dysrhythmias, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (IV teams, RT, PT, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Work, Transport, Unit Secretary).
- Provide care for neonates through geriatrics; address behavioral health holds and isolation precautions per PPE guidelines.

Requirements
- New York RN license in hand to submit; local candidates within 75 miles are not accepted.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience; first-time travelers accepted; previous travel experience not required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications; mandatory phlebotomy and IV starts competencies.
- EPIC charting experience required (ER setting experience preferred).
- RTO: Cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days off; COVID-19 vaccination not required.
