Summary The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening qualified candidates for high-volume clinical support and administrative positions across the organization. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a consistent flow of qualified talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent phone presence, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Job Responsibilities Source qualified candidates for high-volume clinical support and administrative positions, including Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Call Center Representatives, and other healthcare support roles. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards such as Indeed and Handshake, social media, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods to build talent pipelines. Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to passive and active candidates through phone, email, and text. Perform phone screens to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for open positions. Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners with detailed candidate summaries. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Manage a high-volume requisition workload while ensuring timely candidate follow-up and communication. Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruiting priorities and hiring initiatives across multiple markets. Accurately document candidate activity and maintain recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments. Healthcare recruiting experience, particularly for clinical support or allied health positions, is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, and other recruiting tools. Strong phone interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and hiring teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
