Litigation Legal Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity supporting a busy litigation practice. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Function:


• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparation and processing of legal documents.
• Manage electronic filings in New Jersey and New York State Courts, as well as U.S. District Court.
• Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and related documentation.
• Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely submission of court filings.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents as directed by attorneys.
• Monitor schedules and assist with case-related coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with court requirements and procedures.
• Perform additional administrative duties and support overtime needs as required.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
• Litigation experience required, including e-filing in New Jersey and New York State Courts, as well as U.S. District Court.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
