Job Overview Salesforce CPQ Consultant at Deloitte, San Diego, CA. Responsibilities Identify business requirements and conduct requirements management. Develop functional design and user stories, including prototyping and scenario design. Create process designs, flow maps, and support procedures. Lead work streams and support end‑to‑end implementations. Conduct testing, training, and post‑implementation support. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree. Three or more years consulting experience and/or Lead to Cash (CPQ/CLM) implementation experience. At least four full‑lifecycle CPQ projects with strong expertise in two or more of Conga CPQ and CLM, Salesforce CPQ & Billing, or Vlocity CPQ. Capacity to travel at least 50% of the time. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce or Apttus CPQ certification. Advanced degree in a related field. Experience defining system strategy, road‑maps, system requirements, process flow diagrams, prototypes, testing, training, and support procedures. Experience with other CRM platforms such as SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or CPQ/CLM technologies like Oracle and Conga. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment. Benefits and Compensation The wage range for this role is approximately $97,875 to $163,125, depending on skills, experience, and other business factors.
