The position will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, account, and application-related issues, resolve incidents, manage service requests, and escalation complex problems to specialized IT teams. The analyst will maintain accurate ticket documentation, follow IT service management procedures, and contribute to knowledge-base development and recurring issue resolution. Education Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
