Mailroom Clerk

· Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

· Prepare and ship overnight deliveries through carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

· Track, log, and maintain accurate shipping and mail records.

· Support copy center operations, including printing, copying, binding, and document distribution.

· Monitor and restock office and copier supplies.

· Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, fax machines, and shipping systems.

· Assist with reception, conference room setup, hospitality services, and document scanning as needed.

· Maintain a professional environment and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 + years of experience on mailroom office services, or professional office environment.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
