Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for leading all aspects of store operations and team performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales floor activities, ensuring an engaging customer experience, and driving revenue through effective merchandising and service standards. The Store Manager leads, coaches, and develops store team members, manages scheduling and performance feedback, and supports a positive, inclusive work environment. This role also oversees inventory management, visual presentation, and retail loss prevention practices to protect company assets. The Store Manager collaborates with district and corporate teams to execute brand initiatives, analyze store results, and implement action plans that align with Groupe Dynamite's values and growth objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead store operations and teams, with strong skills in Store Management and day-to-day retail supervision. Proven commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering an engaging, brand-aligned in-store experience. Effective Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and collaborative support to diverse team members. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring procedures, training staff, and supporting a culture of asset protection. Previous experience in fashion or specialty retail management, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Ability to analyze sales reports, KPIs, and trends to drive performance and implement action plans. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands. Comfort working on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.
