About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Channel Sales to lead the transformation and execution of global strategies that drive revenue through various sales channels and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing next-generation channel strategies, with a focus on promoting net new customer acquisition and enhancing value for existing customers. This role requires a leader with a strong background in channel and partner sales, particularly in the security, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS space, and a proven track record of creating and scaling global partnerships. The VP will work closely with regional sales teams, product management, and marketing to align channel programs with strategic go-to-market plans and will be instrumental in structuring and leading a global channel sales team to meet sales targets. Candidates for the VP, Global Channel Sales position at the company should have at least 7 years' of leadership experience in channel and partner sales, with a minimum of 4 years' in a global sales leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a well-known personal brand in the channel partner community, a hands-on approach to partner enablement, and a deep understanding of the global market landscape of channel partners, systems integrators, and managed service providers. Strong business insight, financial acumen, and technical depth in relevant technologies such as SaaS, cybersecurity, data management, and networking are essential. The role also requires a passion for presenting and articulating value propositions, as well as a history of transforming channel sales organizations into disciplined and structured selling teams.
